By downloading, installing, or using VoiceOrb, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What VoiceOrb is
VoiceOrb is a voice-first assistant for setting reminders, keeping notes, and logging expenses and income. It uses Anthropic's Claude AI to understand what you say, and stores everything it saves locally on your own device — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how that works.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use VoiceOrb (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use of AI-based services, if higher).
Your responsibilities
- Use VoiceOrb for its intended purpose — personal reminders, notes, and expense tracking.
- Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service that powers VoiceOrb's voice understanding.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell VoiceOrb to log or remind you about — it logs what it hears, it doesn't independently verify amounts, dates, or facts.
No warranty
VoiceOrb is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that voice recognition, AI interpretation, or reminder notifications will always be perfectly accurate or delivered on time — treat anything time-sensitive or financially important with your own judgment, not blind trust in the app.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for missed reminders, incorrectly logged amounts, lost data (including from an uninstalled app, since data isn't backed up anywhere by us), or any other damages arising from use of VoiceOrb.
Third-party services
VoiceOrb depends on Anthropic's Claude API to understand your voice and text input. If that service is unavailable, degraded, or changes its own terms, VoiceOrb's functionality may be affected — that's outside our direct control.
Changes to VoiceOrb or these terms
We may update VoiceOrb's features or these terms over time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the update.
Termination
You can stop using VoiceOrb at any time by deleting the app. We may also discontinue the service at any time — since your data lives on your own device, uninstalling simply removes it, with nothing left behind on our end.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
